How we handle the personal data you send us through this site.

The headings below are the structure this policy needs in order to satisfy KVKK, the Turkish data protection law, and GDPR for visitors in the EU. The wording under each heading has to be written or approved by the owner, ideally with legal advice. Nothing here is legal advice and nothing here should be published as written.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
Through the contact and custom request forms we ask for a name, company name, email address, phone number, country and the content of your message. The custom request form also accepts a file upload.

3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and keep a record of the technical discussion around a project.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. To do any of these, write to the address in section 1.

8. Cookies
